What Our Customers Say
– simmi - http://newhanoian.xemzi.com/en/venue/show/2598/RentabikeHaving hired from Rentabike on three separate occasions, I can honestly say that this is one of a precious few Hanoian businesses that consistently deserve their 5* rating. Their customer service is impeccable, prices are better than reasonable and the quality of the bikes and their maintenance cannot be faulted. Thank you, from a very happy customer.
– jengato - http://newhanoian.xemzi.com/en/venue/show/2598/RentabikeA great shop to rent from. Excellent service and a wide selection of bikes to choose from. Prices were fair. The moment I arrived i could see that the shop knows what it is doing. The Bike was ready to go, and the team was working hard to make sure we had everything we needed to have a good bike. I will rent again from this shop definitely.

– PaulBart - http://newhanoian.xemzi.com/en/venue/show/7394/Motorbiking-VietnamI don’t normally do reviews, in fact this is my first in a year and a half of living in Hanoi. But I was so impressed with MBV I thought I’d break the duck.
I had a couple of friends in town last month who wanted to do a 6 day trip around the north of Vietnam. I have my own bike but I needed to rent a couple for my mates that could do the job.
Danny came up trumps with the 125cc Honda Fortune’s – Great bikes – a pleasure to drive (I had a go for a few hours). Fantastic service, Danny did everything he could to make our trip a memorable one, advising and sending me a detailed google route that got us off the main highways and through the country side. Even though the Fortune looks quite sporty they did pretty well on the bumpy road that is the “old” highway 6. Certainly better than my dilapidated Suzuki GN that was starting to full apart. Danny included all the bits you’d expect on a trip like this – proper helmets for one – and a few spares just in case, but the bikes are solid and had no problems dealing with the trip.
What more can I say, bikes and service were outstanding value for money. I’ll definitely be back next time I have friends in town and want to do something similar!
Cheers Danny and everyone at MBV.
– rhjvn8 - http://newhanoian.xemzi.com/en/venue/show/7394/Motorbiking-VietnamI’ve rented a 125cc Honda Fortune from Danny for a period of three weeks. Me and my girlfriend wanted to cruise through North Vietnam on a bike and after consulting with Danny I decided to go for the Honda Future. Its a bit more costly then your average scooter but in the end, it was well worth the money.
I believe I have done over a thousand kilometers with me and my girlfriend on it. Sometimes through pretty rugged terrain and I must say that the bike performed admirably. Strong, durable and can carry enough weight for two passengers and luggage.
Danny (MBV) also helped us a lot during our travel by providing us with the necessary information for putting the bike on the train. They also went the extra mile by picking us up from the trainstation and guiding us through busy Hanoi.
All in all, a very pleasant company to rent from. They provide excellent service, respond quickly to any questions you might have and are willing to help you out in any way they can.
Thanks for the service. Had a great time.
